Chain Plate Conveyor

Overview

The Chain Plate Conveyor mounts chain plates synchronously on a roller chain, giving a flat, smooth, low-friction conveying surface with shock absorption, adjustable speed and strong load capacity. Optional 304 stainless-steel plates allow washdown and meet food-hygiene requirements; twin-side chain drive spreads load evenly and prevents deviation. Plates and motor can be matched to the material, with 4-10 m/min variable-frequency speed, widely used for horizontal transport and automated production lines.
