HOW IT COMPARES
The Z-type passes goods straight through to the opposite side; the C-type returns them on the same side. Both outpace a reciprocating vertical lift but carry lighter items; for bulk or granules on an incline use a cleated belt.

The Z-Type Lift is a fully automated vertical lifting conveyor, featuring a compact structure, easy maintenance and high reliability. It conveys continuously in a Z shape, with the input on the front face and the output on the back, so the rear space can hold a conveyor or serve as storage. A standard hollow-shaft motor drive keeps transport smooth with minimal start/stop shake; resin rails on both horizontal and vertical chain guides keep operation quiet and noise-free. Structure
The machine comprises upper, middle and lower units and a transfer roller (drive), with guide bars, pallet, pallet chain, slats, left/right inner and outer chains and brakes, coordinating the X, Y and Z axes to lift goods vertically and transfer them horizontally.
