Typically R300–2000 mm. A smaller radius saves space but limits item length-to-width ratio; long items need a larger radius, so send us your item dimensions.
Why use tapered rollers in the curve?
The outer side travels further in a turn; a tapered roller is larger on the outside so its surface speed is higher, keeping goods turning smoothly without drifting or jamming.
Can you build a 180° turn?
Yes. 180° turns are common in U-shaped return lines, or two 90° sections can be combined depending on space and rate.
